Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients who are working on various infrastructure projects across the UK. 
Our client is a specialist Civil Engineering Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical within the Civil Engineering sector.

They offer clear career progression, on the go training, private healthcare, company car/allowance and bonus scheme. 
This position would suit someone from a Civil Engineering background and with previous experience working on a civil engineering project (desirable). 

The position would also suit an ambitious graduate looking to get their career started.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge within Civil Engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Experience using the NEC form of contract
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
• CSCS card
