Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Civil Engineering Contractor (West London)
Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients who are working on various infrastructure projects across the South East.
Our client is a specialist Civil Engineering Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical within the Civil Engineering sector.
This position would suit someone from a Civil Engineering background and with previous experience working on a civil engineering project (desirable).
The position would also suit an ambitious graduate looking to get their career started.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong knowledge within Civil Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Experience using the NEC form of contract
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong time management skills
- Hard working and ambitious
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
- CSCS card
