Bracken Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bid Manager for a client that are working on various respected Civils Contractor based in North West London.
The client offer clear career progression and a flexible salary plus package depending on experience, the opportunity would suit an individual with the following experience.
- Previous experience working within the civils sector is preferred
- Reporting directly to Directors
- The Bid Manager will be leading a team coordinators.
- Responsible for the entire bid process including project management of bids.
- Lead the bid/no bid process, kick off meetings and have regular communication with operations & commercial teams.
- Enable/Support the leadership team to make informed strategic decisions by capturing accurate and timely market intelligence.
- Develop and manage strong external relationships with clients and professional consultants.
- Support Head of Sales on business development activities to include networking events and attendance at industry events & seminars.
- The role in question will be an office based role with infrequent home working.
