They have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hands on Construction Director with a strong leadership skills. The position would suit an ambitious Construction Director looking for their next challenge or an experienced Senior Contracts Manager or Project Director looking for a step up in their career.
The position would be covering the Munster Region and would require weekly travel to live projects.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to Lead a number of projects simultaneously from concept stage to completion
- Provide strong leadership skills and communicate accordingly to all of the management team
- Liaising with clients, and Contracts Managers
- Ensure that projects are running on time and on budget
- Providing weekly reports to the Managing Director
- Assess all project risks
- Liaise with Senior Management to Ensuring that all Safety Management Systems are in place and in operation
- Liaise with Senior Management regarding resources for live and future projects
- Tender report / analysis / recommendations
- Develop project scope with design team / client
- Produce budgets and reports for clients
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar position
- Experience managing a team of Senior Management
- Commercially and contractually sound
- Excellent communicator
- Hands on when required
- Strong knowledge of large residential schemes
- Experience liaising with Clients
