Bracken Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Depot Manager/General Manager for an established Specialist Contractor based in West London. The Depot Manager is responsible for the General day to day running of the business and will report directly to the Operations Director.
You need to develop strong relationships with managers of the various functions across the business to ensure they understand business needs and provide relevant reporting to support decision making.
You will be responsible for Health & Safety, Fleet Management and all administration positions.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a Depot Manager
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong drive to continuously improve systems, processes and self
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive with strong problem-solving ability
- Exceptional time management
- Ability to quickly get up to speed with different IT systems
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
