MAIN DUTIES
- Produce all Bill of Quantities
- Prepare and send Instructions to Tender
- Produce bid evaluations and technical alignments for all subcontractor quotes
- Produce tender return proposals
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Construction projects £25m+
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational/time management skills
- Ability to work to own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent IT Skills
- Hard working and ambitious
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
