Facade Manager - South London

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Design & Build Main Contractor in London. The organisation we represent have a fantastic reputation within the residential market and are currently looking to hire a Façade Manager with strong brickwork knowledge in the London Region due to vast growth within the business.

They have a well-established presence throughout the UK and abroad, with opportunities to progress within the business for any ambitious individuals seeking to further their careers.

The successful candidate will be required to have previous experience working on high end fit out and have a previous track record of working to a high-quality standard in a safe manner and to agreed timescales.

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience
• Strong background in External / Facade work
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role (minimum)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious
