Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks background)

Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for Main Contractor working on projects across London & South East. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor working with a Groundworks Sub Contractor to join a well established Main Contractor in Central London. There will be opportunities to progress your career with the business as they are a growing organisation with a strong pipeline of work for the year ahead.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge within Groundworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Experience using the NEC form of contract
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
• CSCS card
