Our Client have an immediate requirement for a experienced Head of Pre Construction/Pre Construction Director to lead a well established team with a view to developing an already successful business with National and international presence. Responsibilities:
- Leading a Pre Construction team
- Assist with upcoming tenders, pre-construction documentation, and getting projects off the ground
- Increase brand awareness and raise the company's profile
- Responsible for bringing in new tender opportunities - existing and new clients
- Responsible for client care / customer satisfaction and reviews
- The ideal candidate will have excellent connections and contacts in the industry in London
