Project Manager - Hampshire

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of an Established Main Contractor to find an experienced Project Manager with extensive Commercial experience to work on a large project in the Hampshire region.

The organisation we represent have a fantastic reputation delivering engineering, build and construction services on a respected range of projects throughout the UK and are constantly growing and developing their organisation.

The successful candidate will be required to have previous experience working large Commercial projects and have a previous track record of working to a high-quality standard in a safe manner and to agreed timescales. The project will have large amounts of MEP work and will require an individual with previous experience overseeing large MEP packages.

Skills & Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong experience at Project Manager level
• Strong knowledge commercial projects
• Knowledge of MEP 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Experience managing various sites
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious

Qualifications:

• CSCS
• SMSTS 
• Must be qualified to degree level or Trade background
