Bracken Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to work with one of our long established clients on major a Groundworks, Civil Engineering Scheme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong HSEQ management experience.
- Monitor, drive, and report on project performance including action planning / management.
- Overall control of labour, plant and materials
- Management of an established site team
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Use of Microsoft packaged word, excel etc.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate.
- Proven experience managing civil engineering, infrastructure, groundworks, drainage
- Demonstrable experience working under NEC Contracts (NEC3 and/or NEC4).
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
