Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame 
Respected RC Frames & Groundworks Contractor

Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients who is working on a prestigious RC Frame & Groundworks project in London.
This would suit someone from a Civil Engineering background and with previous experience in either Groundworks or RC Frame.   
Our Client is a leading Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical within the Groundworks & RC Frame Sector.   

The successful candidate will be one of the lead Quantity Surveyors on this prestigious project

Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role (minimum)
  • Strong knowledge within the RC Frame & Groundworks sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Experience using the NEC form of contract
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong time management skills
  • Hard working and ambitious


Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
