Senior Quantity Surveyor

Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients who is involved major infrastructure projects throughout the South of England.  

Our Client is a multi-disciplined Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical. They have a track record of working on some of the most exciting projects within the UK.

This position would suit someone from a Construction background and with previous experience working on a multiple smaller projects.

The successful candidate will be the lead Quantity Surveyor with an opportunity to develop their own team with a clear path to a Director level position.

Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (minimum)
• Strong knowledge within Construction (Sub Contract or Main Contract)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
