Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting a Site Manager with a Cut & Carve background for a project starting mid July in South London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work moving forward.

Project involves:

  • Working for a sub-contractor
  • Stripping off the roof
  • Installing new steel structure
  • New carpentry to the new roof
  • General Builders work and cut and carve throughout the building.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing labour
  • Managing steel sub-contractor
  • Ordering materials, plant etc..
  • Team meetings
  • RFI’s
  • RAMS
  • Health & Safety

 

Experience:

  • Building experience 
  • Preferable – cut and carve / shell & core
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines
  • Good time-keeping
  • Good contract administration awareness
