Site Manager - London

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Commercial & Retail Contractor.

The organisation we represent have a fantastic reputation delivering a respected range of projects throughout the UK and are currently seeking a Site Manager for a number of Retail projects throughout the London region.

The successful candidate will be required to have previous experience as a No1 on site where they will liaise with the Contracts Manager, Design Manager and Quantity Surveyor and have a previous track record of working to a high-quality standard in a safe manner and to agreed timescales.

Skills & Experience:

• 3/4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of retail/commercial projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of working to tight deadlines
• Experience managing various sites
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
• Strong time management skills
• Hard working and ambitious

Qualifications:

• CSCS
• SMSTS (desirable)
• Degree qualified or Equivalent
